INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA APPLICATION

 

We can support our registered delegates, speakers and sponsors in the VISA application process by providing a Visa Letter Invitation. To produce it, we require the following information:

Travel to the EU (UK travellers) – ETIAS Authorisation

​

Starting soon, UK travellers visiting countries in the EU Schengen Area will be required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) approval before travel. This is not a visa, but an online travel authorisation designed to enhance border security across the Schengen Zone. The application can be completed online and is valid for multiple short stays over a three-year period (or until your passport expires).
